Preparing the cinema ready for opening, and to provide great customer service by organising and effectively communicating with Team Members with relation to deployment, breaks, queue management, briefings etc. and be the first escalation point for any customer interactions.
Maintain regular and effective communication links with the management team and team members.
Participate in team leader and management team meetings as required.
Ensure that you are delivering the highest standard of customer service at all times.
Supporting the cinema team on continuously driving sales, while supporting the cinema team in the smooth running of the cinema in line with policy and procedures.
Being fully cross trained, performing different duties at various times. Staff functions include box office duties, Concessions duties, bar duties, and projection duties with particular attention paid to customer service in all areas.
